There is a group of forerunners, who initiate project ideas to a set of core members for each project. The core members have an advisory role, help refine the vision, intentions and objectives, elaborate on the structure of the project, search for resource persons to conduct workshops/ discussions related to the project. The youth will be involved in the form of design/art/allied discipline students as driving participants or research groups of various programs to ensure sustainability of ideas into the future.
